Greatly enjoyed the queen room with nice bathroom, and good location in the middle of jackson. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were a big plus.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Thoroughly enjoyed spotlessly clean and updated rooms.
I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a writing table. The location of this hotel just next door to shopping centers and the airport in Sacramento was convenient and marvellous. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Wendy's that is only 15 minutes' walk away:)))

We loved our big, cozy Queen Room during our 4-night stay! The breakfast spread was good, with fresh fruit and made-to-order waffles. The room's décor felt warm and cute. Just a tip, request a room away from common areas for a quieter experience.

Couple's Retreat Done Right
The staff we're friendly, responded quickly to our TV issue, manager even showed up to fix it personally. Room was cleaned every day, which was like a real luxury while we were there was nice.
It wasn't inexpensive but it was still worth it for the experience.

Great staff, but the room's a little rough
The staff was super friendly and helped us out when our TV acted up. Our room was cleaned every day, but we noticed some stains on the mattress protector that were kinda gross. Breakfast options were pretty limited, just some stale cereal and hard boiled eggs.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as it was just a short walk of less than 5 minutes to the Black Bear Diner for a hearty meal and only about 4 km to the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley for some shopping therapy, making our city strolls all the more rewarding.

The room was filthy with food on the bedding. The bathroom had holes in the wall, and the outlets didn't work properly. The receptionist was rude.
